The Aukey MagFusion 3-in-1 Pro is a Qi2- and MagSafe-certified charger built specifically to charge an iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch simultaneously. I swapped my usual charging station for this one and was instantly impressed with its cooling performance.

Key Features and Findings
The MagFusion 3-in-1 Pro has a few things going for it that set it apart from other Apple-centric charging stations. Here’s what stood out to me.
- Compact design. Some charging stations take up considerable space, which is why the small upward rather than outward build made such a difference for daily use. The AirPods charging bed is in a logical spot below the iPhone dock, and the Apple Watch portion is equally thoughtful. I like that I could neatly fasten the strap when my watch was on the charging bed to keep everything tidy. The small base was much easier to place just about anywhere, even on a smaller desk or nightstand, without having to do a lot of extra rearranging.
- Cooling technology. This is the feature that stood out to me the most. The other MagSafe charging station I typically use is notorious for heating up when charging just my iPhone, let alone when adding my Apple Watch and AirPods Pro. The fan on the MagFusion 3-in-1 Pro has seven blades that, Aukey says, push up to 3.3 cubic feet of air per minute. This system also uses an electric cooling chip and a silicone thermal pad for efficient cooling and heat absorption—and I believe it. My phone was always cool to the touch, even after lengthy charges with the case on, which is almost never the case with my other charging unit.
- Adjustability. Another huge check in the plus column is the 30-degree adjustability of the iPhone charging dock. That little flexibility helped decrease awkward angles on FaceTime calls and was practical for viewing/using the phone while charging it.
- Solid charging. This charging station offers 15-watt iPhone and 5-watt Apple Watch and AirPods charging. I would need more time to compare the performance differences with the other three-in-one charger I use, but after a little under a week, it’s safe to say that the MagFusion 3-in-1 Pro delivers with its fast charging. I saw an Apple Watch at 1 percent fully charge in just a little over 1.25 hours and an iPhone at 4 percent fully charged in 2 hours. My AirPods Pro case charged from 9 percent to 31 percent in 15 minutes.
If you’re curious about conducting side-by-side comparisons with your Qi2 chargers, Aukey says that lab tests with an iPhone 15 confirm that this unit offers 65 percent faster charging—and saves 26 minutes to a full charge. It’s worth noting that the fast-charging claim is based on a 30-minute testing period.

Bottom Line: Should You Buy This?
If you’re an Apple devotee with an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods and don’t have a 3-in-1 charger—or aren’t satisfied with the one you have—the MagFusion is a worthy option and one to have on your must-try list.
It’s a tad pricier than similar models, but the cooling technology and thoughtful, compact, vertically-oriented design distinguish it from bulkier stations.
A few things aren’t as successful as advertised, like the LED that indicates everything from power to standby mode or charging completion. The patterns involve some pulsing and shutting off, so unless I was actively monitoring the status light, it wasn’t helpful.
I’m also not a huge fan of the black and grey aesthetic, but the advantage is that the darker metal construction didn’t catch lint as easily as the white charging station I’ve been using.
Overall, I think I’ll be likely to reach for the MagFusion 3-in-1 Pro for my small Apple device charging, especially to keep my iPhone cooler while the battery tops up.
