According to reports, Samsung started rolling out the One UI 7 and Android 15 updates this week. However, those updates are prioritized to the Galaxy S24 series and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 first. OneUI 7 was shipped with the Samsung Galaxy S25 device. Models older than that will get the update at some indeterminate date in the future.

The update will bring some users additional AI features (like the now bar) and other improvements. If you haven’t received a notification of the update, you can manually check for it by going to Settings > Software Update. Remember that the age of your current device could affect the features that these updates will bring (e.g., Galaxy S20 and older can’t run AI applications).
